No, customers cannot pay by hand but can only pay to Sterling Bank through transfer by using USSD code, Bank App on android phone or POS and then generate receipt.

Is it possible to pay for Service not rendered?

You are to only pay for Service rendered. If you were billed wrongly, approach the OGWAMA office and lodge a complaint or call any of OGWAMA Response Centre (ORC) lines on the bill ( 09010480056, 07068580233, 09054670306) you will be well attended to.

Will compactor and open truck be charged equally for waste collection?

No, they are not equal in size likewise cannot collect the same quantity of waste

Is waste evacuation rate charged in tonnage or per trip?

Currently, industrial waste is charged per trip where there is no weighing facilities, while residential and commercial waste are charged monthly on a minimum for monthly service or four(4) trips per month?

Is OGWAMA the only accredited Government agency that can evacuate domestic/industrial/commercial waste?

Yes, OGWAMA is the regulatory agency that can collect all categories of waste from residential, industrial, healthcare and commercial outlets within the state.
